1. Platform Software

The Masonic Lodge Digital Platform - its source code, database schema, visual design, and documentation - is © 2026 ATH SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD ("ATH Solutions"). All rights reserved. The Platform is licensed to Masonic Lodge under the ATH Solutions Software Licence Agreement, not sold - the Lodge holds a right to use the software, not ownership of it.

2. Lodge Content

Text, photographs, event details, and other content Masonic Lodge uploads or enters into the Platform (its public pages, CMS pages, event listings, and similar) remain the property of Masonic Lodge or its original owner. ATH Solutions claims no ownership over lodge-authored content and stores it solely to provide the Platform's hosting and display functionality.

3. Trademarks and Masonic Symbols

Masonic emblems, symbols, and terminology referenced on this Platform are used in their traditional, non-commercial Masonic sense and are not claimed as ATH Solutions trademarks. The "ATH Solutions" name and logo are trademarks of ATH SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD. Any third-party product names, logos, or trademarks referenced (e.g. payment gateway or social platform names) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe integration with those services.

4. Third-Party Software

The Platform is built using a number of open-source and third-party software components, each under its own licence terms. A full list of components and their licences is available on request from ATH Solutions.

5. Permitted Use

Members and visitors may view and, where the Platform explicitly provides for it (e.g. the "Download My Data" or PDF report features), download content for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproducing, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the Platform's software itself is not permitted without ATH Solutions' prior written consent.

6. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on this Platform infringes your copyright or trademark rights, contact info@ath.solutions with a description of the material and your rights in it, and we will investigate.
